Welcome to the updated version of the Acquedotto Pugliese commercial services APP - AQPf@cile 2.0.
With AQPf@cile 2.0, you can autonomously manage your supplies and access some of our commercial services right in the palm of your hand.

N.B: For security constraints, before downloading the APP, setting up a PIN (device's lock code in use) is required.

Registering to AQPf@cile 2.0 is straightforward! If you already have an account, you can use it to log into AQPf@cile 2.0 or create a new one directly from the application in a few steps. You can use the same account to access the website www.aqpfacile.it.
If you are profiled as a Company or a Condominium Administrator, you can associate and manage different client codes. If you are profiled as an Individual, you can associate and manage a client code.
Remember to have your client code and tax code for the supply, information found on your invoice. Log in with your details and navigate through your reserved area.

With a simple click you can:

- Check your invoices, installment plans, and any credit recovery communications
- Pay your invoices
- Activate/revoke online billing
- Report your meter reading
- Check readings and consumption

Manage your supplies:
Monitor all your supplies. Associate your supply and you can: check your invoices, pay them, and activate the online billing service. With online billing, you will receive your invoices in digital form via email and can activate notifications for issuing new invoices via SMS.
You can consult the status of your invoices and installment plans or any credit recovery communications at any time.
You will have the option to pay invoices or installment plan payments as you prefer: PAGO PA, CREDIT CARD, and other payment methods.

Discover the CONSUMPTION SIMULATOR service that allows you to estimate costs based on current integrated water service rates; consult all your consumption anytime through the CONSUMPTION ANALYSIS service; report self-reading.
